EVERY FIVE YEARS WE SET OURSELVES A NEW VISION
We do this for two reasons.
Firstly to give us a clear focus on where we are heading and what we need to do to get there.
Secondly to push ourselves intellectually and creatively. To force us to challenge our own norms and to test the boundaries of what is possible in both design, construction and the communities in which we work.
Over five years ago we set a vision to be a global leader in design and consulting underpinned by research. And we achieved this through our PUBLIC initiative. PUBLIC drove us to harness our collective knowledge and apply it to deliver intelligent designs globally. It also brought a formal focus to our applied and theoretical research; and gave a platform for our staff, clients and collaborators to exchange ideas. The outcomes have been the production of five research publications; along with global recognition and awards for our work.
It is now time for our new vision - the next generation of our research platform that will revolutionise the way we do projects, speak to clients and collaborate with each other. We are currently sharing this vision with our staff and we look forward to sharing it with our clients, peers and partners in the future.
